I have a prediction about Cold Delux and the Sulphur Dwarf. I ran into this on accident in one of my lore systems and made it into a feature. So, they share almost the exact same orbit. Let's say, at a given time, the dwarf is moving faster than delux. The closest approach is closer to the star than delux's. Not only does this mean that dwarf orbits faster than delux, but it also means that the highest likelyhood of an interaction will be at further approaches. When these happen, dwarf is coming from retrograde, or behind (since it orbits faster, it catches up), meaning the gravity of delux will pull it into the prograde direction. When that happens, the perigee raises, and in the long run, the orbit will take longer. Rinse and repeat until dwarf orbits *slower* than delux, and a similar thing will happen in the opposite direction. tldr: Cold Delux and Sulphur Dwarf will continue to share an orbit, and not collide. I *think* this is the same phenomenon that keeps trojan asteroids in place, like those around jupiter for example. However, there are trojan asteroids known for other objects too. There's some for Saturn, some for Mars, a few for Earth, and we've even detected a faint cloud of dust in the trojan area of our moons orbit!
@@lukazzmatizz4378 yup, although I think the actual areas of concentration depend on the masses between the planet, the smaller object (in this case also a planet) and the star over it all. They shouldn't ever get too close, I think
@@hunnyjar8937 chlorine planet (minerbat) from the chlorine planet competition is mine... in the previous solar system (the binary one) vulcan was mine but sadly it got ejected so hopefully this planet will be more lucky
usually it is a better idea to use the "sea level" slider under "surface" instead of the water slider in composition because that adds water equally while sea level puts it in the lowest areas instantly
@@GodzillaJawz well, you can't place and add them. however, there's dust clouds in the game now, so you *could* hypothetically just brute force creating a nebula. it would be pain and suffering, but you could do it xd
By adding Saturn's dust ring texture and modifying it. I said they were in the game. You can't grab and select specific *nebulae* from a menu, but you could construct them manually
