For future runs, the key to survival and getting flawless levels is constant movement. Jumping in the middle in your slide significantly helps getting around the place. I recommend you just hold down the slide button to automatically slide as soon as you hit the ground. Also poison is by far the best element, poison stacks just make all of your shots do more damage. The higher the stack, the greater additional damage you do.

Getting every element is fine, excluding fire and ice. They actually negate each other, so you should only pick one

The gatling gun plus homing shots is a beautiful thing! You don't even have to play the levels at that point, just shoot the gun in the air and everything dies before they even have a chance to get to you.

Fire and Ice cancel each other out. When you apply Ice it gets rid of all fire stacks and vice versa.

Once I used the orb launcher, increased spread and two shot path modifiers, long story short the orbs went the opposite direction of where I aimed and I lost.
