Optimus Prime coming... to blow everyone away with 195% attack /defense /hp /march size for _all_ troops when fully maxed... Unfortunately, he can't be paired with anyone. 😭 😂
I would be super interested to see how many ppl would actually benefit from knowing the answer to this question. Just pure curiosity what percentage of people are spending that much money to get a general maxed out.. i Evony probably a bit to much but $7k on a game in such a small window of time is wild to me 🤯
Nap prime at 6 or 7 is going to be a better lead than any tavern gen...and if you can fill his covenant it will be better than anyone...now if you can get 16 washingtons vs a 6-7 nap id lead washington ..but i assume you cant 10 star either...so 6-7 nap is still going to be very very strong
on top of that... now you can add attack book 25% with napoleon, defense and HP... and also add more 25% march size on washington.. I did and worked perfect

But they will spend. This is why the game has gotten so greedy over the last couple of years. It’s whole design is to keep players spending. They’ll just add better generals and other ways to get buffs. Unlike other games, there’s really no end to this game. You can never max out because they’ll release something else you need to buy.
