thanks Aka! more civ breakdown videos would be appreciated. I've gone with the 2/2/2 breakdown for all my main attack generals. 2 Civ/2Ach(Parthian)/2Ares(Imperial)
great video as always aka , can't wait to see videos for the ground , mounted and siege setups with civ gear . Keep up the good work , it will help a lot of new players and even some with little experience in the game.
For the big coiners, Plantagenet set is better suited for Range attacking march and Thebes set is better suited for reinforcing building or city against ground attack with ground debuffs. Mixing Plantagenet with Freedom (don’t forget freedom has set buffs for range troops) also Sasanian has siege debuffs where Thebes has ground debuffs. Most times, range attacks take place once siege is gone. So Pant with Thebes or Freedom would be more effective combo. For Helmet and Boots, one good combo is Abbas set. Abbas 2 piece set has 15% range attack buffs. Conclusion: Weapon: Thebes Leg Armor: Thebes Helmet: Abbas Boots: Abbas Chest armor: Plantagenet Ring: Plantagenet
why would you reinforce with Archers if you expect a ground attack however? I still like getting Debuffs for mounted on ranged equipment... Rock paper scissors
Big coiners can pretty much do anything they like 😅🤣 but most people, myself included, won't be able to afford to have a separate set just for reinforcing. As for the gear choices you shared, as you can see from the video, I selected different pieces to what you have here. That's cool, you can certainly go with different pieces if you choose to. This video is meant to be a guide, not an absolute 😇👍
Thank You Very Much Idol for this video . Considering the difficulty of getting civ gear This Video will save lots of players resources and time .. God Bless You and more power Idol Aka
Awesome video. Look forward to seeing the other two. I was more looking for size of march so I only have the bow and chest armor as Plantagenet and the other four pieces as Sasanian because with four, you get a 20% march size upgrade. This along with the 15% march size upgrade of the Sasanian Bracers makes a rather nice 35% upgrade. With my Elektra, that gives me a 66% march size upgrade with her almost fully awakened with a dragon.
Great video. My choices may differ than yours but you gave the people lots of insight on which sets to look at for their options. One detail (mostly for big coiners) is the bonus you get for unlocking a full set. For example: 30% march size for building the entire freedom hero set. Those bonuses apply to all marches whether or not you are using any of the pieces on the general you are sending.
Fantastic video Aka! I plan 2 plantagent, 2 abbas, 2 thebes for my archer generals. I need 1 abbas to complete it. Supremacy frags are much more difficult to obtain as a free play player now though.
👍 Good video as usual ! I got my first (and soon my 5th) civ gear from Kaguya in the alliance boss event. I focused onb3 Augustus and will get the 2nd Koryobfor Queen B soon. I adv. Refined all pcs to level 35 but stopped, since I drained out from the refingstones... // Best Regards, Patrick.
@@RedEvony Thanks yes, I have all fragments but I still thinking of Koryo Boots, or Koryo Bracers (I have the helmet). A friend of my suggested the boots but I'm still tempted by the +10% In City attack that the bracers comes with. And I will also get the first pair buff for Koryo, +30%. I have 33 civ fragments, but haven't decided yet, I don't wanna mess up this. O_0
really cool and helpful vid as usual aka!! i think, you can put in the title at the end focusing on range civ gear, then you can also create focusing on ground etc vids in the future :) and what about Abbas helmet and boots? their sets also give range attack and siege
Yeah, that's what I plan to do 👍 The Abbas helmet is another piece that some people like to use, so it's a viable option. The boots... I don't see too much of those. They weren't part of my gear consideration, but you can certainly look at them when you are making your choices 😇
Hi Aka, good video as usual. I wanted to ask you if you can talk about generals who accept mixed troops like: Gwanggaeto the great, Yue Fei... Thanks in advance 😊
Best archers - 4 sasanian + sword and boots Thebes. Best ground - 4 antonine + shiled and armor Furikazan. Best siege - full Heian. Best cav - I'd say for most not whales - 4 rurik + helmet and boots plantagent (bc 90% of time you kill monsters to grow) that's why rurik, not Bourbon, but if you are rich - then 4 bourbon + + helmet and boots plantagent. Wall - ofc Koryo, subs Augustus - top for debuffs. Having fuill set on Freedom will gove 30% march size to all marches - so just owning it 4x profit, if lucky to gbet from allinace boss chest.
Hey, aka completely free player here, and I've about a 105 of the conquest, fragments and 20 of the supremacy. Fragments, haven't made any civ gear yet. But now with this insight I might❤
Great subject matter and video. I would like to see just a bit more into your basis for decisions. I've been a long time fan and often refer players to your videos. I know sometimes you slant your choices based on F2P vs. what is the absolute best choice. In this instance, you made choices that did not yield highest Range attack so what was the thought process (i.e. including more Ground debuff)? You did not mention that if you did go with Freedom Boot and Pants, that you get a hefty bonus 25% seige and range attack buff for 1st set attribute. Also would be nice to see an option mentioned for people that are rally leaders where rallly size is a bit more important of a stat (for range it would seem to be Freedom Boots and Pants, with the other 4 pieces all Plant for the 2nd attribute, RS 15%).
you touched on the freedom boots and leg gear . but one thing you did not take into account was the two piece extra buff which adds a further 25 percent archer and seige attack . its worth a second look
Hi you, I have been following you for a very long time and I really like the content, I am level 38 my defense buffs are good but I wanted to increase the hp and defense of the forces in the city because I have a lot of high forces, I have the same combination of generals as you in defense (Gorg and Leon ) But then I heard a rumor that Richard the Lionheart is the best defense general for those who have a lot of high powers because with 5 red stars he gives defense percentages to all the forces in the city! , I checked it and it seems correct. I would appreciate it if you could make a video on the subject. I made a mess to compare it with Georg / Zachary Taylor and more and it looks great
Super vidéo et montre comment s’équiper. Mais je voudrais concentrer mon armure sur le piège T1 monté, donc je voudrais savoir si je dois regarder le debuff attaque ou debuff défense ?
An interesting analysis, but not very pragmatic as you can't use what you don't have. Being in a similar predicament, I choose the two Plantagnet pieces as you did, but for the head and legs I went with the Sasanians. Both have an attack buff and there's set bonus of +15% for range and siege defense and HP. For the boots and body I went with Imperial.
Hi buddy 👋. After watching your video I upgraded victory column level 1 and reached K36 easily. Thanks for that ☺️. Now i need 6 5.8m power generals to upgrade the level 2 victory column. I have trained 4 5.8m power generals. It is very difficult for me to train the other 2 generals. Is it possible to train 6 5.8m power generals for non spenders? 🙂
Yes. You can cheat it if you have a general that exceeds the mark by borrowing the gear and moving it around like you can for officers. Once the cheat is successful, place the gear back where it was. The accomplishment still remains
Rurik set, hands down. Just getting the Rurik bracers gave me a huge boost. I want a Rurik axe, but it is much harder to get off the Wheel of Civilization. (I often do buy the small pack with a double-down to get 20 more spins when the event pops up. Otherwise it would take even longer to get anything.)
@@roberthernandez6557 I have the bracers and the leg armor myself, and that axe looks really good. One can probably mix and match the other three pieces to maximize mounted attack though. :)
@sanchellewellyn3478 after watching this video and these discussions, I realized I had a few Civ chests sitting in my inventory and quickly jumped at the chance to get some Rurik pieces. I picked up the bracers, leg armor, helmet, and was able to get the Axe. Still missing the chest piece and boots, but these pieces alone made a huge difference. The biggest boss I used to be able to take down was a Lv12 and now it looks like I can take down a Lv14 with zero wounded. Very nice!
@@roberthernandez6557 Nice! If you can take down the behemoth then you will likely also take down the lvl 50 hard Viking with no wounded as well. With your combo, I have seen people throw in the Magestic Imperial boots and armor, because both give a mounted attack bonus. (You need wings to get the armor though.)
Be careful it’s too difficult to change if you choose piece you have to go with don’t change it’s very expensive so make your decision before you go with any of this pieces, my advice is if you already have the pieces don’t change them
You think getting civ gear is hard, try refining it for ground gear 😂😢 Edit. Don't feel bad about the names. I give odd nicknames to things I don't know how to say or forget how to spell. For example I call them hepatitis hammers.
I have some questions about the game, because I’m pretty new to the whole PvP and defense thing. So I’m trying to make a good defense, but I can’t get it right for some reason. I’ve sent you a friend request. I’d would be great if you could help me. My name is ༺Gustavo༻.
