5/7 - 5/8/20
Previously serving as a unit for the Alaska Railroad, USRP and Cincinnati Eastern Railroad, CCET 2803, an EMD GP49, sustains its ARR paint scheme from 1983 after multiple owners, and still will. Just serving in the east coast, 2803 has found its new owner at Rainier Rail in the area of Rainier, WA. It was transported to the PNW where it would end up on the BNSF H-PASSEA manifest landing at Tacoma Yard. Since it's a Centralia set out, it was transported onto Job 360 which runs Tacoma to Centralia and vice versa. It was a nice opportunity to see a great piece of former Alaskan equipment in a completely different region of the US.
