If I had expendable income, I would have wanted to save at least one Talgo Series VI train set, then converted it for longer distance travel, for instance, sleeping accommodations. I also would have had the seats which were determined to not protect the passengers adequately with seats that provided the protection necessary. My reason for this is because I find the passive tilting Talgo Pendular series quite fascinating.
I absolutely love this locomotive it would be great to see it in person someday but not only do I like the locomotive but I also love the Northern Pacific because both my great grandfather and my great great grandfather worked for this railroad and whenever seeing videos of the railroad or any locomotives and rolling stock it brings back so much memories!!👍
Nice, but whas this trains at the classification yard like trains shunting them to the departure yard or is this really the departure yard where trains gets coupled to the rail cars for delivery
nice video of this surfliners in Oakland I see the secnt Surfline bro 2 trains for a sutin reason problem then a swisher took the secnt train away so the train that it was being sold by could continue on it self
Ah man, the memories this brings back. I have been shooting and catching this railroad for my whole life and the old faded UP scheme that used to be applied to it is still deep in my mind.
I was unloading a truck just a smidge North of Auburn yard the other day and no fewer than 4 trains went blasting by in the main in just 10 minutes. They get some serious action over there.
