My great grandfather is also from Italy, Conco which is north of Venice/Vicenza. I love your story about the employees complaining about the kale chips... recall my grandpa telling me stories of him fighting in WWII, and I try to look at everything I do through that perspective.... we have it *eassssy* compared to that!
