This fundraiser event showcasing the famous Lozi dress; the Musisi; was organized by a group of former pupils of Holy Cross Girls Secondary School in Mongu, Western Province of Zambia. Participants were asked to share their pictures and pay a small fee to support the school. This was one of the initiatives undertaken by former students to raise funds for rehabilitation of the school's science laboratories.
In the recent past the former students raised enough money to rehabilitate classroom block consisting four classrooms and two store rooms.
Participants in this fundraiser event were students from the 70's, 80's, 90's and early early 2000's. Long live the spirit of Holy Cross.
