Seth! The entire GOP wants to rule and not represent. Example: in North Carolina, GOP legislators wanted to put forth the fringe idea of the Independent State Legislature Theory which allows legislators to over-ride a popular ballot vote by the people. The Constitution gives state legislatures the power to choose electors, every state legislature has delegated to the VOTERS the power to choose the President by voting for the presidential electors of the candidate they choose. A state legislature using the Independent State Legislature Theory could take this power away from voters prior to Election Day. Enough GOP! vote BLUE
