Bradshaw's character change was a huge risk. Pushing someone who wasn't even a midcarder at the time to a main eventer was crazy but Bradshaw made it seem natural and working with Eddie made it effortless for him. He did amazing
Ronda Rousey wasn't heel or face. She was horrible throughout her entire two runs and 3 total years. No one even noticed she turned because they piped in all the cheers. It would've been silent if they didn't add cheers.
You give Rhonda too much credit. Her reactions weren’t in character, but instead Rhonda’s legit confused reaction because she thought she was the good guy.
Fun fact; Kevin Kelly was on Bischoff's podcast and he said Austin was supposed to turn heel at WM2000, however Austin needing surgery and having to be written off TV postponed it.
JBL is an all-time great heel. So underrated. As a kid I HATED him but today I can see how good he was at his character. People don't mention his name enough.

Undertaker as The American Badass is definitely his best persona. And to this day, he still dons the persona whenever he makes sporadic appearances, such as when he endorsed the late great Bray Wyatt, and when he saluted Carmelo Hayes.
I really liked that “pre American Badass” version of Undertaker. He was like a satanic biker or something. I wish he had returned at Judgement Day 2000 with that look.
Funny thing is the undertaker was actually being himself back stage. When the camera showed him back stage wearing a bandana and sunglasses or just the bandana. Was actually Mark 1997 and 1998 then 1999 only differents was wasn't back stage was smackdown on Commentary. Wasn't really a teas kinda 🖐 in some ways.

Stone cold heel turned sucked. Him teaming with Vince and hhh made no sense. Esp austin teaming with hhh after hhh buried him in every match. Austin never pinned hhh in their feud. The heel turn killed wwe and it still hasn’t recovered. No casual came back after 2001
I don't know what you mean...but if you want a female example, Toni Storm is one for AEW. Go back and watch All In 2023. Storm was still with the Outcasts, but her hair and makeup were already starting to resemble Marilyn Monroe's. "Timeless" Toni Storm was already there, if only on the outside and not on the inside.
