Dear Max, I applied for study permit on July 23/2023, intake January 2024. my biometric was completed on agust 5/2023. Since that no update. It has been almost two and half months and no update. Will I get visa or no I do not know. My worry grows up day by day.

Is it true that reapplications (after being refused), even if applying thru the student direct stream, do not follow a prescribed processing timeframe? I have a friend whose reapplication does not have a decision yet, and it’s already about 3 months since she submitted her application.
Hi, i wanted to ask that i already received my visa for York University for fall23 but now wants to shoft to nscc ..and i coming to canada on 2nd sep ....what should i do ...should i pay fees and secure seat at nscc nd once i land i canada i update it on change in dli section ? .... what's the procedure and series of actions?
Hi there, I have a video about school transfer that you might want to check out. However, in short, I would say you need to first start classes at York University, only then can you switch to NSCC without applying for a new study permit
@@ImCanada heyy, actually if I attend classes at York then I will not receive a single penny of tuition fees back from York as per their policy, I can only get a refund if I apply before course starting date which is 7 sep...so I need to withdraw before that ....I just want to know the chronology of things I have to do .....first I need to reach Canada ...accept nscc offer letter by paying tuition fees and once i receive a letter of acceptance from NSCC then I withdraw from York and with nscc loa I can update my DLI number on ircc website..am I right ? I hope this way it will not create an issue for ircc for my study permit or stay in Canada ..right ?
