So the problem is nothing says it stays when the leader dies. Totally agree that it should stay like the shrive talon. But the ability from the aquilla is tied to an "ability" on the leader instead of being assigned it's own, unlike the shrive talon's which is assigned by a "unique action" So with the leader dead, the aquilla stays on the field, but there is nothing fueling it to give an ability. Hope to get a faq to clarify, but this is current RAW

They are a little behind the curve imo. They are probably going to get one more buff coming forward next quarter. I can't recommend as a first team, but they are a very fun and unique team to play. So if you like there vibe and don't mind a little bit of a challenging team, ide try them. Just don't build more than 1 or 2 shields

@2CasualYT for sure! Pop it round 1 for free when leader activates... then again tp2 for 1 cp... this turns your shield guys into actual melee threats with relentless combined with them having lumins turning off any reroll vs those models chosen! Its pretty sweet!
