Im actually surprised she using propwire! Freedomsoft has so much more on land, especially with filters she would probably 10x her 10x! Hehe. I like the comp part with propwire for sure!
The only challenge I've found with Propwire is that when looking for cash buyers for land, who own at least 50 properties, the results turn up a mix of property types. I'd like to be able to focus on those cash buyers who specifically own 50 land property types or more.
Maybe you should update your browser. I know for the longest time, I couldn’t load propwire from my computer, but when I updated the browser, the issue was resolved. Also, propwire is just as good as PropStream, maybe even better, plus, its free
