If I were a real estate agent I wouldnt be worried about if I'm letting the property go to a wholesaler vs a regular buyer who is searching on zillow. As long as I receive my commission & everything runs smoothly, I dont see the issue. Sounds like resentment of some sort
Please do not teach all these wannabe wholesalers how to get into commercial. Let’s keep the trash people out, they already f’d up the residential side.

Damn. I need this type of help with a situation that can potentially change the course of my life. I’m handy, have bad credit, have time to dedicate, and don’t know how to actively pursue this home.

What are they going to do with the investors that goes out to try to get the property on there own they are still going to have to still get it at a discount whats the differences?
Listen you cannot do this with no money your forgetting they want you to have liquidity in the bank we can’t even get a hard money loan because of this. The only way with no money is sub - to but it has to be the perfect deal please explain how you are doing this? How can I with zero in the bank if they are all saying you need liquidity in the bank to be able to use someone’s else’s money? Even wholesaling I still need earnest money?
I am a Realtor/Investor but most of all I truly love supporting people, and as long as you are transparent and are leading with clear intentions coming in with a solution /service for that seller they will most likely trust you and work with you. Novations are win-win! i used to call it a consulting Fee either way as long as the end result is met and all parties agree and are happy!!🥰
Hey Jerry when doing the psa contract do I still need to send that when going through the agent or will they do it? I’m putting an offer in today and that would help as well as the double dip strategy on if I pay that or the person I’m assigning it pays it, and if I do pay it does it come out of the assignment fee?
