Best remedy : spread clove, peppermint, lavender, tea tree....oils all over the bed and room + put kats in ith 10 drops of each of the oils in every corner of the room : 1 day -------done ,!!

How are you feeling now? You could wash your pillow in 60 degrees monthly or more often with fragrance free deterge and change the pillow cover every two days :) I also have allergies so I feel your pain!
Get covers for pillows-and 3:50 mattress, vacuum bed top, I spray bed with vodka, keep humidity in room low and don’t make the bed as the dark and warmth keeps them alive!
