I "tried" to pass the exam today but it was just awful, it took me several minutes to validate my ID, the app kept crashing and the icing on the cake was the proctor who asked me to film the "table" twice then stopped the test abruptly because "I didn't want to film the table" (which I had done, twice !!!). If you have the possibility to pass the exam in an exam center, go for it. Otherwise, prepare for a lot of pointless stress.

FYI: do not read the questions aloud, you will be dismissed without warning... when your dismissed, it looks like a technical error, the program becomes unresponsive. I gave the 800 # a call and waited 23 mins for a representative to answer and that's when I found out my test was forfeited for reading aloud. To me, this is the easiest way to create profits, majority of people read aloud or talk there way through a situation when reading. This is ludicrous and I will no longer use your exam services

I have the following same situation in 2 laptops: Windows 10 (Home/Pro), the downloader (software to test) pass all well, mic, bandwidth and video camera. But always in real time when I try to start the exam the video screen is blue for the proctor, but in my side I can watch myself and even with the red text "recording". The 3 firewalls (domain, public, network) are down, same for the Windows Defender (own antivirus) all about VPN and Proxies are down too. What could be wrong?. Thanks for your support

Hi! I was trying to run a test on my system the after completing the microphone, audio and webcam test, I ran across an error while checking my internet connection. It say "Your network does not meet the requirements to take an exam". Is there a way to fix this issue? thanks!

when I completed all the procedures initially and before starting the exam the proctor said something was blocking the proctor from monitoring my system. She said she couldnt see my face eventhough camera was on. Could you give me the solution to resolve this issue?

I'm having an issue.I've tried to attempt the test twice and each time i appear 30 minutes before the exam time(as per instructions) do a system test and wait till the exam time begins. And then when the exam time starts, i refresh page but then i don't find any *Begin Exam* option anywhere at all. What's the problem and what do i do? Hi Mark, enjoyed your video - I'm hoping you can reply this comment ASAP, in view I am taking the PMP proctored exam in 3 days. I have made the system test run on my macbook and everything is fine and worked well. I could not find anywhere (tried the chat function with pearson vue as well) on whether my usb mouse (which is connected via a dongle/adapter) to the macbook will be any issue - basically there is a dongle with a usb port, and the usb connecter to the mouse is connected there. Not planning on plugging the monitor (clear no-no) or any additional keyboards. I tried to explain this concern to the onvue chat person and all I got was re-directed to the technical requirements page which I confirmed to him that I have read and couldnt find anything against my setup. He just said 'it should be fine'.

What to select if you dont have driver's license and passport ID?? I did not I saw it in your video.

I am trying to take a test in a week at home and upon trying to use the Pearson Vue app, it seems like it checks my mic and video (working) but at the system test sample exam it just lags there and doesn't do anything. I have tried plugging my ethernet cable directly into my laptop also. Do they have availability to take the test at a testing center during this pandemic? I live in the U.S.

Hi Mark! this video has been really helpful and I have a few questions! 1) Step 8: prepare workspace. i have extended monitor which i can unplug, do i need to remove it from my desk? if i place books and the extra monitor on the desk beside me which is not within arm reach. is that alight? i noticed that in your picture, the door is not close, do i need to take picture of closed door? is this pictures taken via video camera or uploaded from phone gallery? 2) Sound: what if a plane flies by my house, the proctor may contact me right? do they speak or chat to us? thanks!
