I just passed my driving test in Canada on my 2nd. I could not have done it without the help of your videos. Your explanations and graphic representation really made a lot of things clearer to me. I learnt so much from just watching your videos than with my driving instructor. Keep up the good work.
This channel has been extremely helpful when learning driving, especially in a foreign country. It gives you insight into a driver's mindset as opposed to simply theorizing the process. Much respect Conduite Facile. 🙏
Been watching you since I started driver’s ed last year. Thanks in part to your videos, I recently passed my road test! I wanted the thank you for making these well explained and easy to understand tutorials, they helped me a ton! Keep up the amazing work!
came back to your channel to say thank you for your videos. they were really helpful when I had no one to teach me. I took my exam yesterday and passed on my first try! I appreciate all the work and time you put in this channel I know other new drivers will appreciate this too.
You are great and super teacher. Anyone can learn easily by your guidelines. When i feel that driving car is rollercoaster you prove that it’s easier than eating cake. I really depressed lot to pick up driving. Your video is eye opener. Many driving school motive is money but ur motive is to teach driving. Your student’s r proud to get you as teacher. Guide us highway lane change. Struggling badly to change lane in highway
That is so true about the cyclist part, my crazy neighbor purposely opened up is car door as the bicyclist was riding by and caused the man to fall off of the bike, he has an extreme hate for bicyclists, some off them can be very annoying though, especially when they cut into the space for cars to only drive and then look at you like you're crazy lol
I got G2 licence one years ago also that’s where I start watching your video, I got my G licence 2 days ago, and I still coming back watching for safe driver! Thanks for all your quality and voluble video!
Another banger as usual. I'm not sure if up there honking is forbidden or limited but here in Uruguay it's recommended to honk just once in situations like the guys walking on the road you showed on the video. Of course respecting the restricted zones like hospitals and such. Thanks for another video, Carlos
I took driving lessons this week. My teacher is nice but unfocused, he talks too much about his personal life and I am trying to focus . I have my test on the 14th so wish me 🤞 luck!!
I just started driving last month and your videos are very helpful. I live in Australia so the rules are different, but that doesn't mean you aren't helpful. Are you making any new videos soon?
@@ConduiteFacile yeap 😅😅 its unbelievable but it did happened to me...u put a lot of confident in me,.i used to hear that during test? The police mostly will ask to speed up to see the confident, but in my case the police asked me to slown down for 3x🤣
0:59 I disagree with that. You can try to argue your way via rules and what not, but if your examiner decides that day you should yield no matter what, you will fail. Especially in Vancouver you aren't allowed to have dashcams to record what your examiner can say. Outside the exam you are right about this however.
Or he/she most probably would fail you for stopping for no reason. By law, what you need to do in that situation is to keep on going. It's forbidden to stop in the middle of the road for no valid reason.
6:18 I'm not a design expert nor I am familiar with North American road signs, but that sign doesn't seem attention-grabbing enough considering the importance of the thing it represents. There's just too much wasted blank space and it feels badly designed. Why not use the red marking on the top left as the whole sign (so that the shape of the sign would be a diamond ♦️) and maybe put the bicycle icon inside or under it?
Like Waseph Wastar said. It's just that in this case, the lane is reserved for cyclists at all times, so there's no need for text there. But I do agree with you that in this case, they could have stretched the red rectangle to fill more of the panel. The meaning of it is the same regardless of the size, so it would be more visible.
No disrespect but Cyclists are such a plague on the road ... 😭 Many of them don't respect or know the traffic laws so they're so unpredictable and dangerous. And if they can commit a traffic violation with almost no consequences because they got no plates. Here in my country even motorcycles acts the same and they don't have plates.
Well, I do agree that some of them are yes. But like I said in the video, not all of them. Besides, there's a lot of bad actors in every type of road user. Motorists, pedestrians, etc.
TL;DR A driver needs a license to use the road and a cyclist does not. Pedestrians & cyclists don't NEED to know the rules of the road to use the road. Some do know the rules & some break the rules intentionally. But, there is no minimum requirement of knowledge. As a driver, you are expected to know the rules of the road. That I believe is a major difference.
