Thank you for showing all the food in the buffet. The other videos I saw was only what they ordered. I'm actually will be staying at the Excalibur next month.
Danny, I have standard, but never will I eat at Excalibur. Like you said I want my money to go further and bang for the buck. Thanks for the video anyway.

DANNY THE MEDIC- I remember in the Army if we were VERY lucky to get pancakes we would put our scrambled eggs right on the pancake and roll them like a burrito and dip them in ketchup !!🤪🥞💯

One of the most entertaining food reviewers on You Tube, should have more subscribers. That crack about "I bet there's not one Chinese guy back there" after eating the fried rice and lo main cracked me up. Wonder what time Danny was there with breakfast items mixed in with rest of the menu, maybe they have a better dinner menu at Excalibur, I wouldn't go if that's the dinner menu buffet.
Danny the Medic, that food looked sub average. I once went with a group to an Asian buffet. We read our fortune cookie fortunes out loud. My fortune read "That wasn't chicken". I'm gonna call 1-800-Buffet! Messing with my mind!
Always liked this buffet. Could always find something you like. I like it best when I get 2 for 1 with myVEGAS. $15/ person is a great deal. You didn’t try the chicken 🍗. Also you can get the omelette station to make you fresh scrambled eggs. Crepes station is amazing too. Disappointing with the ‘Chinese ‘ food . Lol Thanks for another great video.😊
DANNY THE MEDIC- Speaking of "Institutional Meats" if we lucky to get any Turkey in the Army, it was NEVER carved from the bird, it was in what seemed like Pre-formed "slices" that were exactly the same size, and lots of them- but it did taste like Turkey! No wings, thighs, or drumsticks.
I did not have high hopes when you were showing us the food lines, but glad you found a few things you liked. I would hate if all the food you found was 6 or below.
Thanks for the video. Some of it looked pretty good. From my experience, and your review, the Chinese food would be something I would stay away from. Nobody likes a limp egg roll. I'm driving through Vegas soon. I wish I had time to hit one of the many spots you reviewed.
I have been going to Chinese restaurants my whole life I also fancy myself as a Chinese Wok cook, even though I'm not Chinese There is a Kosher Chinese takeout restaurant in my neighborhood that I like to go to, because the food is good. I can see into the kitchen, and there are Chinese chefs there. I can relate to you completely, wondering if any Chinese people are working in the back. With my love of Chinese food and Wok cooking, I should have been born Chinese
Watch out Danny!! The last time I took a syrup off the table to sneak it away I must have bumped the container and it cracked open. Needless to say my pocket was a little sticky. So be very careful😁
Reasonable Price, very few items are worth it, like brisket, bacon, chicken soup, lol, the Desert section should be renamed the Cake Section, 95% cakes. For that price, i rather go 2 the 19.99 juicy Steak n Egg off the Strip.
Danny: Looks a bit over priced for the general non-homemade-ness of the majority of items. But everything costs more in this day and age. Hope you were able to enjoy the meal. Thanks for the low-down.
@dannythemedic yes but we are also welcome to eat at the regular buffet as well 🙃 but most in general eat downstairs I chose to eat at home the only thing about eating upstairs is we can't be in unform and must be off the clock as i should say 😄
Most of the time I visit Vegas I would stop by Excalibur Buffet. Out of all the buffets there it is the most reasonable in price and quality of food. Surprised that you didn't show the cost of your meal. Back in 2009 when I visited there the 1 time buffet was $9.99 and a 24 hours wristband was $14.99. Then in 2017 the one time was $29.99. Probably about double of that now.
@dannythemedic I used to do get the pass all the time, at both Ceasars and MGM properties. It was such a great deal. Not to mention, the food quality was way better
Honestly Danny, those items looked like they were pre-packaged frozen foods. The soup looked like it came out of a can. I can eat those things and survive and so did you. The meats looked ok, like military quality chow. Yes, I was in the military and I can survive on military chow.
I never understood salad or fresh fruit on a buffet. I have that at home on demand, on hand anytime. I agree on nothing to see here! I think the price is fair for brunch. Enough variety even though its cafeteria quality. Like a diner. Satisfying but not gourmet. Thats fine.
