If you select the full range of data by clicking the grey arrow above 1 and left of A. This will select the full sheet. You can then click customer sort and if you have the cells set to change to a certain colour you can select which colour sorts to which level and then it should automatically move these rows of data when the colour changes. Hope that all makes sense.

Yes you can. when setting up the conditional formatting select the cell you want to change color, but when the source area comes up select the dependent cell you want to initiate the change. For example in cell A1 type an "A" In cell C1 type a "B", now select your conditional formatting, with the "C3" still highlighted, select “text that contains”. B will populate but select the grid next to the box and then select cell A1. Leave it the default red. Now go to A1 and type “B”, C3 will change red.

I just changed the color of the font to the same as the fill color and selected "Wrap Text" and now you can't see the letters

I think the only way is to format the column in your file. Just highlight that whole column and format it however you like. You can center your text that way, too.

Nicole G i tried that unfortunately that does not work. the only way is to increase zoom which is very annoying as you may have increased font sizes which in-turn hides a lot of other data one needs to view.... so far no solution.

Click what you want to extend and drag it to the direction you want it to go.
