Excel Filter Function Not In List 

This video covers setting up a Filter Function in Excel that returns all records "not" found in a list of values. This is achieved by incorporating the IsNumber and Match Functions into the Filter. The end of the video also shows how to change the output to include anything that "is" in the list.
