To add a new table row between the last data row and the total row, simply navigate to the final column and hit Tab. The Tab key will cause Excel to create a new table row and navigate to the first column in the new row :)
How to manually isnert a row in a pivot table, I have file from our planning department that has manual rows with manual inputs,but I tried hard to learn it but still unable to do that
