Outstanding video - best I've seen on the subject. Really clear and well explained. I was about to start a task & couldn't decide. This made the pros and cons of each approach really clear. I'll be sticking with Excel for my current task - for now anyway. Thanks Szymon.

Can you tell me if the list can be printed? This was a limitation and not sure if it is still the case. Thank you? If so, how? If not, how would you best share the information with others not part of the "list of users?" Thanks

This is a great question 👍 First of all, I will ask if we really need to print it out :) Realistically, data materialized to paper does not reflect the current state of records, is not searchable, difficult to find this instance of paper and none of us are qualifications to verify anyone's signature. I would recommend considering: 1. Read access to people in the organization that need to verify this data (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-FWZyTZ8o4sc.html) 2. Read access to external users outside of the organization (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6OZMp5pcFAQ.html). 3. Add approval process using Power Automate (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-D-X2tNObRMk.html) If it will be needed for any formal reasons I would still look for a digital solution, but in the worst case you can export the List to Excel or print it directly from the browser. The printing format looks quite nice.
