Excellent video! Smooth, no fast shaking of camera as many beginners do. It would be nice to completely eliminate camera movement when walking. Gives the atmosphere of the resort and the environment. Very relaxing. Waiting for your new walking tours.

@@n1ckyg123 Our travel agent let them know it was my birthday ahead of time, and we also mentioned it when we checked in. But we had gotten to know Rocio at the beach bar, and she went above and beyond to make everything happen!

It was great! We were there in early 2021, and the guest capacity was super low, so it will be busier now. But it's a great resort, and a good choice for your honeymoon.

Great video. Thanks for posting this in depth view. We are going to EEC in mid-April. With this low of capacity, we’re all of the restaurants open?

Thank you! Having such a low capacity, all of the restaurants are not open, but they rotate them... with the exception of The Flavor Market and the Kitchen Table. They have kept the both of those closed.

@@DNDMMedia Thank you so much for the reply. That's understandable. I'm just glad they are open. Hopefully it will pick up a little by mid-April, but we are going on vacation to relax anyway. We've been to Excellence Playa Mujeres and EEC looks even more amazing. Another question: At 34:35 that looks like a Hobie Cat sailboat on the beach. Do they have sailing, snorkeling and other beach activities? Maybe a Wave Runner rental? Are these services open? Thanks again!

@@centralcoatingcompany9956 You're welcome! Hopefully it does pick up by then. We have also been to EPM, and we like the beach at EEC better, but the pools at EPM win out there. They do have non-motorized watersports available, even though we didn't use any of them, and the water is pretty choppy in Punta Cana. On top of that, the entertainment staff works hard everyday to make sure there are beach and pool activities for everyone. Enjoy your trip!

Great video. Thanks for sharing. What time of day was this? Just wondering as the resort appears to be deserted. We’re booked for Feb 2021, we’re supposed to be there Feb 2020 to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, but we all know how that turned out.

Thank you! I shot all of this about 1pm. It looks deserted because the resort was only running about 14% capacity when we were there, which was just 3 weeks ago. It really feels like you have the place to yourself.

Actually, that was pretty much the crowd all of the time. The resorts are really struggling to get people to visit.

Thank you! The only restaurant that you need a reservation for is the habatchi.

That's great! They rotate the restaurants , but only 2 or 3 are open each night, although they have the buffet, Flavor Market, and food truck closed until further notice. Most of the outdoor bars are closed, but the guest capacity is still quite low, so the drink service is pretty quick! Have a great time!

They had the bar at Las Olas, the pool swim-up bar, and the beachfront bar Palms open. I can't say that it was lively anywhere, as we were told the resort was only at 14% capacity.

The Kitchen Table and Flavor Market are closed until further notice, as well as most of the outdoor bars. But all of the other restaurants rotate when they are open.

@@robfsociety4670 Thank you! Someone commented recently that they had just returned from here, and they were over 50% capacity, and the resort had things opened up like normal.
