Very interesting, in the past five years it’s noticeably changed here, condo complexes are being built everywhere you look and rent prices are steadily increasing

Mate this place is dated , not much light ,and the price is a bit dear

What area of Pattaya do you prefer to stay? then I can post some links of apartments I recommend

They have several owners on the units and the condo Mgt also rents too. Confirm if they have wifi...

@@RPX-moon I stayed there I'd say 9 times over the years. The units were big and the bldg quiet. But outside once off the property is mostly Middle Eastern. I had no issues or conflct but lots of racing motorcycles and packs of young guys. It's gotten progressivly worse over the years. Felt a bit intimidated.
