If you are clearing throat all the time and want to know why and how to stop it, then this video series is for you. In the first video of this series, I answered questions, like “Why am I always clearing my throat?” or “why do I keep clearing my throat?” I explained the most common constant throat clearing causes and gave you the first step in the process of eliminating excessive and annoying throat clearing behaviour.
