so sure you can shoot hard with that but you cant aim very well so any actual good player will still win what i personally find very weird is that they let go of their goaly since its not that hard to score from anywhere on the board they also dont shoot sideways in the goal wich weirds me out a lot
@@wesleydamen2018 they let go of the goalie but they leave it at the same spot at the edge of the goal. Then when they flick you instantly can grab the goalie and know where it is without looking because its in the same spot. Simple muscle memory lets you know just how much to move it without looking so you can look at the ball and move the goalie stick and it will be lined up without ever looking at the goalie.

Yes!!! I wanna see him up close with Vascilli and Krazy Hawaiian. he says the most off the wall shit 🤣🤣 "GOD DAMN that smack looked more like a Falco Punch, anyone that can survive that blast of pure masculinity has the respect and fear of many" 😅
Theres actually a ton of strategy just in the defense. Ex the Goalie and the 2 defenders in front of him. Putting both sticks centered is useless since the 2 defenders are at such an angle where they will block nothing. Its better to pick one and use it as another goalie place it 1/3 the way across the goal, and the goalie 2/3s across. You can see these guys do it here except some of them place the backup one (the one with 2 on it) a bit more like 1/2 across. A common thing they do is have the goalie on one side of the goal and the 2 stick positioned so the one on the goalies side is in the center. This way the 2 stick is like the new goalie and the old goalie is in the same position. This means you can quickly reach over and grab and you know exactly where the goalie is so you can just focus to be in the balls path instead of looking back and forth at the ball and the goalie to line it up and block it, which you wouldnt have time for. So you know just where the goalie is so you dont even have to look, and you have a backup one in front just for a chance A common flick is from the 2 stick in front of the goalie. To defend this its best to hold the 5 stick and the goalie. 5 stick should be all the way forward or back, then yank it the other way when they flick. If it passes that then you have enough time to have tracked the path of the ball and block it with the goalie.
Honestly I’ve seen much more impressive games in Belgium in the cafes. Sadly there seem to be less and less places with a table. Some cafes back in the 1990s had 2 or even up to 10 tables.
This is genuinely the most skilled game of foosball I’ve ever seen, 90% of games I’ve played and witnessed are just intense spinning and breaking the board.
Don’t let the intense spinning fool you, I win like 90 percent of games I play that way. You just can’t see the reaction time and accuracy I have. However this is just another level I’ve never seen.
I like how Charlie (or Jackson, whoever is editing this) had the background track be his most recent banger, "2004 Breakup Song." He thought we wouldn't notice, but we did.
@@MyNameIsNotSteve actually loved and died at ur reply to my comment because it was genuinely good, but I was high af and didn’t even register the word dyed as a possibility lmaooo
I came into this broadcast in atheist, but I now find myself a devout foosball enthusiast, a big thank you to Charles White (the renown actor) for shedding some light on this underground sport game.
Glad I'm not the only one. Can't even see the little players moving and suddenly it's at the end of the table. I'll give them credit though, they seen pretty good at what they do.
Brings back memories. One of my early jobs had a foosball table and we would always play at break time. I was lousy at offense but I gave my coworkers hell when it came to defense. I just had a knack for blocking shots. But that was 30 years ago, I probably suck at both now LoL 😂
@@bobobsen Its in Boys & Girls clubs here too actually. Used to play it a lot as a kid, along with pool and basketball. Alot of American boys & girls clubs have these recreational sports.

I was a boy. They were two girls. Can I make it any more obvious? I am the ULTlMATE L0VER on this platform. Don't enter my ch*nnel if you are not above a certain age, dear phi
I can already imagine the characters : there is the shonen protagonist, not very tall and a bit awkward but super into foosball, the tsundere who everyone likes and is the daughter of a bar owner where the protagonist trains and had his first matches(she is secretly in love with the protagonist because of something that happened in their childhood), the fat dumb guy that really loves foosball but isn't very good at the game( but he gets his little feel good chapter where he wins against a jerk),the fake antagonist who becomes friends with the protagonist after he beats him at foosball, this shit writes itself... Also there's a very strong guy with long hair who keeps his eyes closed all the time BUT he opens them when he needs to get serious. In the beginning he is just an observer with some lackeys around him, but the protagonist starts playing and he immediately recognises his talent, telling to the lackeys to shut up. He then mutters :" that technique... No, it's impossible"
You dislike my v*deos? Are you just a h8er boi? I say see you l8er boi. Don't watch my stuff anymore. Your dislikes are damaging my good reputation. I am a superstar, dear stu

Professional foosball reminds me of that thing you do with your dog where you pretend to throw the ball so they start running after nothing, and you then throw the ball in the opposite direction
0:17 Umm wtf did he really just make it into the goal while shooting it the opposite way and having it rebound like 20 times. That was sick, there is no way that was on purpose.
@@tnx9240 No. It was on purpose. It's a planned, practiced show-off kind of thing. As you can see he controls both teams at the same time. (At least that's how I interpreted it)
@@GG-ow3ke sorry, that doesn't make any sense. you can not do a trickshot involving hitting the opponent's men and creating that kind of ricochet anywhere near consistently. it's just a misexecuted shot from the 5bar. also, why would he practice a super-complicated own goal trickshot while preparing for the most important match of his career?;)
I can just recommend everybody to try out foosball. The required skill is insane and its one of the most fun games (on a high lvl or beyond the basic lvl)! And u can play it in bars and win so much beer god himself couldn't even drink it in one night 👍🏼 If u see that live, it hits different. U dont really notice the precision and speed and how hard goals hit (it sounds like a fucking gun shot) on the video. Thanks charlie for your detailed analysis
