With credit check making 3x what you make just to rent a cheap apt i know work is probably not an option would they allow me to rent an apartment with a budget of 900.00 a month
It depends on the area you decide to rent. In some areas they ask for 3 months up front. 2 are deposits that are returned to you when the lease is up and 1 for the contract. Other areas it 2 deposits and the first month rent plus a $50 to $100 application fee.
