Thank you Debbie Low, I'm very honored to be apart of something so special, I will post more on this project. Anything in particular you're interested in seeing or learning about?
Thank you so much!🥰 It's been a long road for this one, with a lot of ups and downs, but it's here, it's beautiful and I'm proud of what we accomplished ❤
Congratulations Alisa. It must feel wonderful to see your art appreciated and being used as part of a commissioned illustration project. Not only that, you've helped someone preserve a part of their family history to leave as a legacy for future generations. You must be very confident of your ability to take on such a project. I'm impressed, really, it's an amazing personal story of art in action. Thank you for sharing. Subscribed!
Thank you so much Mark, that is so sweet of you to say! It kind of feels surreal to have my work published in a book. I'm so grateful that I get to be apart of preserving her family history for her and her family. I will admit I wasn't always confident in my ability, but you know the term " Fake it till you make it" I wasn't always sure what she would ask me to do. It went from being 30 to60 paintings to well over 100 paintings. And I learned that no matter what I had to figure out a way to do what she asked, I found confidence in myself during this project. Knowing that I needed to do this, I couldn't say no because I had already agreed to do the project. I'm forever grateful for what I have learned and how I've grown as and artist during this time. I'm so glad that you enjoyed it for your comment and support!
