I can't afford these but by the grace of God I will own my own house in Jesus mighty name 🙏🏼 thank you guys love the feature though big up unu self nuff love nuff respect
Mixed feelings....because we are losing farm lands to housing developments. But at the same time housing is in very high demand. How do we balance both, because food security is a crucial thing...
They could zone the community for both single family homes as well as multi family units in some sections. Depending on lot size, persons should also be encouraged to plant fruit and food trees(bread fruit, avocados, etc) and do their own small cultivation to grow some vegetable, herbs, etc. if after about five years, each family can’t feed themselves for one to two day each week just from their own yard, then it was a missed opportunity.
Loving this already but just hoping the powers that be will look into the trafficing that takes place in Portmore DAILY. The roads need to be sorted out to eliminate the traffic leading to Portmore and within Portmore.
The theme seem similar to Caribbean and Caymanas Estate with them having the houses within a cluster feature. Seem like competion with New Era. Well, can't wait to get more info on this though. Keep it coming!!!
Where the water coming from.. where the hospital.. where the school..where the renewable energy.. where is the public parks family leisure time.. where the stadium for sports.. where the music museum.. studio..culture.. tourism?
Bigging up the Delpratt family as alway's, a bright shining couple. I have such respect for you all from London England, making someone looking forward to your bloggs. Looking forward to meeting you both one day soon. Stay safe look after yourselve's , just do the good that your doing.🇬🇧🇯🇲❤️❤️☺️😉I just want to say, the way you look at your husband Adrian girl I alway's see the love.
Extortion prices for those not made properly houses! Add the interest rate over the years you be paying 3 times the amount! It is not worth it! Each to the its own.
I’m hoping with all those developments, those roads are going to be much wider, as the traffic already is horrendous… but love that the housing developments is booming right now. However, the job market needs to start booming as well so people can afford those houses… $24 million and up! Savior help us!!!
Is it going to be a desert of houses. 2.5k units. Will they bring in amenities such as a supermarket, Pharmacy, some food shops, ABM for banking etc. A park for green space outdoor leisure activities, walking trails?
I'm just concerned about the developments which lead to traffic gridlock. Portmore is already a nightmare where traffic is concerned during peak period or crisis.
@@goodiebeau really don't want to🙆. On a normal monthend, accident or whenever the police are doing spot checks there is a line from Cedar Grove to the round about by Ackee village on 195 on Saturdays.
Hey Dalprat family. I always watch your videos and enjoys your contents. I think the kemtek housing development is a bit generic. They all look the same and I would love to see something newer and more modern, for example, Genesis in Goshen, St. Elizabeth is the most modern and stylish development I've seen in Jamaica, spacious and just captivating and the amenities are awesome. I would love for kemtek develop something like that in Portmore, I would surely purchase it.
So when is nwa gonna widen i95 and dyke road and the 4 way at country club and the total gas station? Are they gonna finally add some Street lights? I'm for the development but Portmore traffic is bursting at its seam.
Thank you for the information. These houses are way too expensive though. They dont give you enough for the money they are charging so that in itself is not exciting. The land space at Colbeck Manor is almost nonexistent and at the same time the house is very small. Let us say the house is small, dont you think you should have space to expand. SMH. Too wicked
I am not knocking housing development, but am seriously concern about the farm lands. Food production is key to a people's survival and existence. Furthermore, the world is currently under serious threat to food short. Let us prioritise, by first seeking the Creator in prayer, before making final decision. Do not lean on your own understanding, but rather let us acknowledge almighty God. Hope the latter part of of two cents have not caused it to be unpopular, because we have become a people to a wide extent that does not heed God's constitution which governs earth.
Because unfortunately it’s not hot property like Portmore, think of it’s proximity to Kingston and the corporate area. These developers want to cash in on that rather than Westmorland , it needs a strong draw that it doesn’t have at present
How do you define the regular Jamaican? I'm sure these houses will be sold out and bought by the regular Jamaicans. Unless we become specific and talk about persons in a certain income bracket wont be able to afford these homes.
Is there still ONE MAIN highway coming out of PORTMORE? They need to correct this. The population will be even greater after these developments are completed. People will need different routes to get in and out..
Why is the NHT not doing these developments for low income citizens of Jamaica.I am for it but it if it's affordable for the average Jamaican. And it's full time now the provide enough land space time for a small farm that will be able to support the household.
First love your channel wish I had buck up into you in mills mall.☺️ I am trying to get my paperwork together for this site how do I start the process please please I’m so confused.
