The prices people are charging for this AC merchandise on eBay is straight up robbery! I wish I was able to visit this Nintendo store & buy some merch. I just went to the Nintendo store in NYC & I found most of their merchandise kinda disappointing. They had no AC merch & just this small corner tucked on the 2nd floor for Pokemon. They did however have a lot of Zelda, Splatoon, etc but I prefer Pokemon & AC.
madison I know right? That is the only Nintendo store on the whole east coast so you would think they would have all things Nintendo. I still love the store & will go every time I’m in NYC but the overall merchandise selection was disappointing. Hopefully with the new AC release coming up they will roll out new merch! 🙏🏻
Sigh. I would have to go to Japan with a completely empty suitcase, just for all that merch. And I would have to win the lottery first, because I know me.
I went to here in December and spent quite a bit on AC merch! I like that there’s a lot of useful things for around the house and not just decorations.

Would love it if they did pieces of paper or a notebook with some of the iconic papers you could get. When I was a kid I always wrote letters do my villagers everyday and collect all the paper (I was a fun child aha) so it would be so nostalgic to see it in real life. Oh as well as some tops that they had in the game would be cute if you could buy some there

The pale art style is cute, but I prefer the more colorful, vibrant style we see on things like the cover art for the games, myself. I suppose it's just a Japanese thing, at least for the series, or maybe they just thought it would be better and tried it out.
If you pause at around 2:39 when she is holding and looking at the hoodie you can see the price of the blankets to the right which say 3,000 yen. Hopefully this helps and this is the blanket you meant!
