Tamar you are a survivor! Glad to hear your new podcast. I'm excited about you moving on and rebuilding your life to peace and happiness!

i am under construction as well with 1 son and i too have tried to end my life thinking i would be able o put a cork in the bs flood. i am now on this healing journey determined not to carry anymore dark secrets, protecting the abusers, and running from the truths of my life experiences. these things contributed to weight gain, smoking, alcohol and drug abuse, and self destructive behavior. i ultimately put a whole country between me and my son, and my family. my journey in healing ended my unhealthy relationships with my parents. i'm working on forgiveness for me but i dont want to rekindle my loss relationships. i admire you going through your journey so publicly and it gives women like me hope.
