That’s why I got a GT350R. It’s TT so I got the HP but gotta have the manual. As much as I LOVE the 500’s I can’t with this automatic dial and silly flappy paddles BS. They should at least give you the option of a manual Tremec! I agree….
Needs a good quality interchiller. My whippled 10R80 GT with the interchiller doesn't lose any power and temps remain low even after giving the car a hard time.
I'm doubting that beautiful and obviously fast GT500 isn't currently set up for the track. The only way to feel the recalibrated Magna Ride is on the track. I believe you mentioned the tires were sliding around. From the video. I don't think it would take much for the rear tires to break lose during acceleration. Thanks for the ride along. Most videos don't really reflect speed during pulls. I can't say that after watching your KR video.
My Favorite Ford Besides a 56 Crown Victoria, 61 Starliner and a 63 1/2 Galaxy and my first car was a 75 Elite!!! Oops I forgot my F150 that is Awesome
Speed Phenom Absolutely incredible Review I think it's awesome that you got to Drive that Absolutely Gorgeous and Incredible Shelby GT500KR and I think it sounds absolutely incredible and looks way faster
I'm just glad he was able to Actually take it out for spin and not just point and talk about the car, especially since it was #2 off the line. Looks like $$$ well spent to me.🏁🤯🏁
those look like they are the same brakes on my 2024 Mustang GT Performance. crazy that the rear brakes look as big as the front brakes on my 2020 STi. 😶
The story goes, Ford stole the king of the road name from Chevy. Ford and Carrol Shelby got word that Chevy was about to use that name on a limited edition Corvette. So he sent someone to trademark the name before Chevy could.
What I don’t understand is if Ford and or Shelby are going to make another version of the same car? Why don’t they do like Dodge does with their challenger and give it more HP! What incentive do you have on buying a KR vs a track pkg GT500 when it’s basically the same car minus some fancy body and maybe light suspension changes? This KR to truly be a KING of the road should have at least 840-900 HP. Then you’d see a true king and these would still sell out quickly… that motor can take over 1k hp so don’t tell me they can’t do this!!! Get it together Ford/Shelby. Don’t rip your customers n fans off
A stock GT500 was rated at 760 Hp. The KR is rated at 900+ Hp. Why are you asking this Hp question when he clearly states the Hp increase of the KR (via a Whipple 3.8L blower replacement to the stock 2.6L unit....along with various cooling enhancements)?
Shelby with 40 logos?...,boy racer crap. I've a original 500, this is eye candy and nothing more... true muscle cars should be understated..,Carroll would scold you 2 ways to Sunday., pathetic.
