Von, as an attorney, if you're going to do interviews, when someone asks you the details of a conversation that you had with someone else, always say "he/she told me something" or "he/she and I had a conversation about something". Never go into details especially on a public platform. The less you address a situation out of court the more you maintain your credibility. Also, if someone is only separated from their spouse, leave them as soon as you find out and tell them "if in the future your get divorced then let me know, and if I am willing and available, we can start a fresh relationship." Cover yourself, not everyone is as they seem.

Is it ok to make disparaging comments and allegation on a public platform viewed by millions? Isn’t there legal repercussions for that? Wouldn’t he be claiming criminal act against he/she/them? I do believe it wouldn’t just be defamation but CRIMINAL ACTIVITY, even “attempted murder” a gunshot went off.🙄
