Back in my truck driving days, I hauled many cases of beer from that location, never got a chance for a tour, but that's a cool looking building to see from the outside. Thanks for the tag along tour.

My uncle used to work for Anheuser Busch for years. he was telling me one of his jobs was to go to sports bars and whenever the home team scored, he would buy a round of Budweisers for everyone. I honestly can't think of a better job

I thought that too... I work in an ice production plant... we cleaned twice a year for specific inspections. Black dust gets on everything even in a clean environment. I guess they don't cut corners on employee's.
Fun fact. I discovered my love of Busch light on my own before watching your vids. I appreciate my choice so much more to know there is a community of Busch light lovers out there.

Growing up in Ste. Genevieve, MO I have taken so many friends and family on a tour of this remarkable facility ! It's just like the Arch everyone wants to go ! LOL
Legend has it, when the first Cardinal Stadium was built, they wanted to call it Budweiser Stadium. The powers that be said no, you can't name your stadium after a beer. Our company is Anheuser Busch, so we will call it Busch Stadium. After the stadium opened, Busch beer was born
Chris your absolutely correct. It was fermented already most likely and then placed in that tank and force carbonated that day. I kinda know this cus I brew my own beer and have been doing it for a few years now. Also we have a brewery in my town also. I have taken the same tour. It’s really neat to see how the big guys do it compared to my setup.
The beer they are drinking in the video has to be at least 15 days old. That's when the beer hits age complete. The stuff in those tanks have just been filtered is all.
Can’t find the part of the video that proves that point but even if it was true, I don’t think the beer snobs are too upset that a mass produced slightly flavored water takes more effort to make than any craft beer
@@mmsharp Most definitely harder to brew, maximum extraction and attenuation from the least amount of grain. Achieving clarity and consistency. Most definitely NOT saying Busch tastes better though.
I’m from the east coast and have been to STL a few times, always had a good time with good people. The brewery tour is definitely worth it. They take you through a good portion of it instead of some of these macro breweries that don’t show you much. The Clydesdales were also in the stable when I visited which was cool.
