Frank Loyd Wright would not be happy with his work being remotely compared to this building. Only a uneducated individual with a massive ego would find any similarities. Dear realtors, try to do a little homework before you throw around comparisons.
It didnt strike me as particularly similar to any FLW stuff I had seen, which is admittedly like 3 famous houses, the coolest one just a drawing as far as I know, so obviously I am not an expert. If I had the scratch and Canada were still allowing foreigners to buy land I'd scoop it up. Without question I'd make some improvements but that is the definition of great bones, regardless of the absurd assertion of the folks trying to sell it.
