I like to think Brody King & Julia Hart have a sort of friendship dynamic like what Alexa Bliss & Braun Strowman had for a long while. Back when Malakai was taking time off, he accompanied Julia during her singles run and iirc challenging for the TBS title vs Statlander, and it's nice to see that dynamic continue, like he's her protector when needed or something.

As a kid most of us imagined our teddybear being able to protect us against spooky things in the dark. Imagine being a grown as woman having a real life 5xl teddybear that is able to kill for you and will always protect you. Biggest difference is that she knows the darkness and fully embraces it. Cant wait to see how Julia returns and rebuilds herself.

Fantastic show. Now that you’re unifying titles, please merge some of the seventeen men’s singles midcard gold, so they’ll actually mean something again. I loved Orange’s run as much as anyone, but that was due to the wrestler, not the title. Likewise, Cope vs. Cage, etc. etc…

Yeah. Plus, it's good you're mad. Shows you care. Being invested and staying invested is what gets people opportunities. Just don't lose sight of that. We all have our perfect roster of winners in our heads. Julia is up there on mine, too. Her character work has been incredible, and her in ring work has gotten much better, too. She's going to be a big deal. I looked at the match she had with Statlander at Wrestledream last year, and man. That was her star making performance. Best match on that card, don't @ me.

Just my opinion here, but I think Matt Sydal deserves a little bit of a push. Not saying he should be a top guy, but he's been mostly ignored since he's been in AEW until very recently. Tony loves great wrestling matches, and Matt Sydal is one of the best wrestlers on the Roster. Why not give him a good run (maybe 3-6 months) with one of the lesser titles and see what happens? Just a suggestion. I also think Tony should release somewhere around 15-20 more guys. Nothing against anyone and I'm not going to name names, but there are a lot of guys (and a couple of girls) he's paying good money to that hardly ever get used. Let's be real, it's a business and not a charity. By releasing these guys, you're allowing them to go work somewhere else where they could potentially have a lot more success. It would also make it a lot easier to focus on the guys you are using and not have to worry about keeping everyone happy by booking them in random 6 or 8 man tags all the time, or sticking them in a faction just to give them something to do.
