I am so happy to hear that there's going to be a DVD on the documentary on Karen Carpenter called Starving for Perfection because I was not sure how to stream it! I'm a huge Karen Carpenter fan because I love her singing 🎤, her drumming🥁, she was good at acting 🎭, and she was a good comedian 😃😁! Karen Carpenter also like to collect teddy bears 🧸 🐻 and Mickey mouse plush❤️💛🖤 as I like to collect teddy bears and I like Mickey Mouse!!! And I also am a fan of Karen Carpenter because even though she was a highly talented woman, she was so down to earth and she was kind💙💙💙💙💙!!! So when is the DVD coming out this year?

THANK YOU also for creating a more balanced truthful approach of Karens story. I truly agree that her story needs to be told from those who experienced her joy as well the darkness and the deception of the disease. I think the original movie is still a pretty great film, but as you said, with your insight and research as well as other documented work, we now know so much more. Many others have opened up to give us more as well. With your continuued support and devotion and love, Karen's spirit and legacy lives on! I have been a life long fan from their very start since about 1970 when i was about 11 or 12. Then for a while i was obsessed with Donny and Marie who were such another perfect duo. However, the Carps were adult with a much more sophisticated over the top talent. The Osmonds sound all alike, but no one sounds like Karen and Carps are far from bubble gum.
