This video is a tutorial about how to use Exer-Genie and how to set it up. You can set the resistance from 0 to 600 pounds. All you need to do is turn and click. No weights and no plates are required. All you need is what is in the bag.
Great for resistance training, strength training, agility, power, and explosiveness. Also, perfect to run and sprint faster. Exer-Genie does not just strength muscles, it is highly effective at strengthening movements.

Hey, how does it retract once you've completed your first rep/run

Hey, thanks for the comment. It does not retract automatically. When you lay out the rope in its full length, after your run, when you get back to start, you just clip onto the other side. Since I am on a smaller court, I will only unravel 15m and drag the opposite side backward to train posterior. But you can do it any which way. You can unravel the whole line and make a front sprint, walk back, and run backward. If not, just hook up and sprint when ready. Thanks for the question. I hope the answer helps. hello. I bought this tool to improve the acceleration of my athletes. Diego weighs 154 pounds. What would be the ideal resistance to work on its acceleration. Greetings

Hello, I hope you are enjoying the Exer-Genie. If you are talking about doing a 40 to 60-meter sprint, use 10-15% of his body weight. Make sure he maintains proper form. If you want to know about the specific acceleration phase, let me know because there are many variables. Thanks!

With influencers hopping on the sled craze I'm surprised none of them have mentioned the exergenie yet! Much more convenient than a trad sled.

There is so much you can do with Exergenie. You can do isometric and resistance training too.

This thing is bad ass!!!! At my local park I may have to anchor it around the pole at ground level, would that render it not as useful?

I am happy you love it. You can anchor it at any level you want. For example, above your head, hip height or from the ground. There is no limit. If it seems to slide make sure the Exer-Genie straps are secured tightly on the pole. Is there any particular exercise or something I can help you do with Exer-Genie?

@@balancedbodyjk I haven’t bought it yet but I love how easy it is to use, I want to use it for improving sprint acceleration so I was curious if anchoring it low would impact the efficacy in any way

It can be used for various exercises but sprinting is one of the best qualities. It is the best equipment I have ever used to train horizontal movement like broad jumps, single leg exercises and sprinting. Another great aspect, is you can train different phases of your sprint. Also you can complex train your sprint.
