Thank you very much for this insightful research. I’m a 45-year-old man that has been battling exercise intolerance and various other related ailments for my entire life. I have sought various medical solutions and have done a raft of diagnostics with very little substantive or conclusive findings, besides feedback that everything seems to be normal. My only irregularities seem to be slightly high vitamin D levels and slightly high cholesterol (hardly breakthroughs). I have as a result, lost a bit of faith in the diagnostic process as I’ve spent a great deal of money and really have no further insight into my problem. I have thus been managing the issue to the best of my ability for the past 10 years without any further medical analysis , besides my own personal research. The mitochondrial angle is something that I have not previously explored but seems to correlate strongly with my symptoms. I am interested in pursuing it further. As a starting point, I would love to put myself on a “mitochondrial cocktail“ and see if it furnished any results. I would be very grateful if somebody could point me in the direction of exactly what I should be seeking. Some items are listed in this video, but dosages are not mentioned and perhaps there is also a company that has a product that covers the spectrum. Thanks again it is much appreciated. I wish you all the luck in your struggles.
As I have become old, my heart rate has become too slow(bradycardia),presumably caused by dying mitochondria. By doing vigorous interval training and increasing my heart's output per contraction, I can now walk uphill without getting dizzy. On the minus side, I still suffer from fatigue on long walks because of reduced energy from loss of mitochondria.
