I think the latter is more practical when it comes to pronouncing an entire word (not just the character). Thank you!! I always end up finding it amusingly strange pronouncing the "r" sound. Nothing stranger to an English speaker than a sound that's 70% "d", 20% "l" and 10% "r", but I'm getting the hang of it!
