Kegels for men are very helpful for recovery of urinary control. Kegel exercises step by step: 1st Kegels Exercise is: Sit on a chair. Squeeze the perineum as if to hold the urine. Hold the squeeze and count to 10. Repeat 3 times. And thrice a day. 2nd Kegels Exercise is: Squeeze the muscles of the Buttock. As if you are holding a coin in the buttock, squeezing the buttocks and preventing the coin from falling. Hold the squeeze and count to 10. Repeat 3 times. And thrice a day. 3rd Kegels Exercise is: Sit on the chair and put a pillow between the knees. Then squeeze the pillow between the knees. Hold the squeeze and count to 10. Repeat 3 times.
