ThaQ sir Very useful information. I was operated on 9 Jul 2021. Laminectomy LV5, Discectomy L4/5 Pedical screw placed LV5-SV1, It was almost 3months. Can I go for these exercises. My Rt leg is swelling, And some times both legs bottom is paining

Very informative video. I have also gon through the endoscopic spine surgery about 5 weeks ago. My surgeon asked me to stay away from bending, lifting and twisting but in this video you suggested the patient to do trunk rotation exercise. Is this not a twist . Kindly guide. I am from Lahore Pakistan. Regards

Hello sir , u have cleared my various doubt through comments. Now I have one question what type of exercise can be done for belly fat after spine surgery. i have to reduce my belly fat.but i can't go for jim. Jim trainer said u consult your doctor i can't train u because u r already spine operated patient.i know exercise for back.but now I have to pull down my weight. also .My weight is 73. I am scared about to do belly fat exercise.sometime i have back pain and knee pain but I thought it is due to my overweight. Can u guide me.it helps me a lot. I had operated before 5 years for spine surgery.

Hello Doctor, I was involved in an accident and broke my L1, L2 and L3 and underwent spine surgery. My left foot is weak I can't walk properly, also numbness at the toss and a slight footdrop. It is 3 months now after the surgery and am doing exercises as directed by the doctor. There is a slight improvement, what should I do to improve strength in my left foot and remove the numbness. Please guide

Good morning, I did two times spine surgery for L5,s1 . still foot drop in my right leg also my left leg nerve has been broken due to pressure. After finishing one year surgery still foot drop in my right leg and my spine is not normal. I feel very hard of spine and not free my spine.my right has been thin after surgery.

सर मेरा डी2 डी5 मे सर्जरी हुआ है 3.5 महीना के बाद भी डी5 के नीचे सेंस या लेग मे कोई मूवमेंट है। टॉयलेट लैट्रिन का सेंस नही है। घर पर ही फिजियोथैरेपी चल रही है सर मुझे क्या करना चाहिए अब कुछ suggesation दीजिय प्लीज

Hello sir very good video for me because I had two weeks before my L/3L/4 left side disc protrusion Microdiscectomy. I am ok but still pain in my left leg. Sir this excersise you explain very nicely. God bless you sir. You are very kind and good natur . Sir when I can do normal activities like some house work because at the moment not allowed to wending, lifting and twisting.please sir reply me. Hi doctor, is then any IPD rehabilitation center for bed patients. My Ancle had accident on 26 january. He is not sensing anything from stomoch to lower. Surgery of curvical C5-C6 has done successfully. Please suggest rehabilitation and physiotherapy centers. We will really appreciate your help.

Hamarey surgen keh rahe hi ki apkey father ki boones bahuth zada week hi time lagey ga. Aur sir mere father ko sugur hi .drink and smoke karthey they lekin zada nahi karthey they . Sir meray baya ko injury huvi wo swimming karney Gaye thay aur jab unhunay dive kiya tha unki head par ek chotta sa stone laga tha magar wo wahi par neecha pool.mai reh Gaye jab unkay group members ko nazar padi toe unko upper laya aur hospital legaye. Wahan doctors nay Bola ki inko spinal code damage hogaya ha nerve Mai injury ha wo 3 din tak hospital Mai thay sirf traction diya tha head Mai magar uski legs aur left bazu kaam nahi Kar rahay thay. Phir unki surgery huvi ab 15 days ho Gaye ha surgery Mai ab physio bi arahay ha exercise Kay liye magar unki legs aur left bazu kaam nahi Kar rahi ha kya wo kabi chal sakay gay. Unki age 38 years ha.
