Very informative. These are the exercises that I am just finishing with physical therapy, I had lumbar fusion 8 weeks ago. As I get stronger and stronger,I would like to increase them, and possibly do exercises to strengthen my back muscles. What is the next step? Physical therapist says ask Dr, and Dr says ask physical therapist. confusing!
@@adityalotankar4306 A little better every day,Thanks for asking. But it’s been slow progress. When the Dr said one year for recovery,he wasn’t kidding. It was horrible at first. Couldn’t get out of bed, couldn’t walk. It was impossible to turn over in bed. It took about four months to see much improvement. It’s been 8 months now. I’m getting around better. The nerve pain that I had before surgery is almost gone. At this point,I think that it was worth the ordeal.
This is like gold to me right now, I wish I could go outside I live upstairs and have only left my apt to get my stitches out. I am on week 3 after an ALIF L5-S1 fusion. I did not know how long I should walk inside the home. Sitting up is better.
