The stretch with the band and foam roller feels excellent, I’ve tried the couch stretch and this feels much better and less painful, plus it kind of rolls out the bottom of your calves 👍

13:52 we’re doing this exercise at istd modern jazz but without a bar or wall in the Center and it helped me so much to improve my balance

hey thanks ! I'm not into ballet and I'm a dude but i do pro arm wrestling. my hands are very strong but it would be kinda cool to have feet like yours 😂! stronger than mine 💪!

❤❤❤ By the way I have to buy the band. Please: what level of resistance should the elastic band be for ballet exercises? Light (red) or medium (green)? Thanks!

more resistance gives more strength so use the medium one!

I would suggest to use the medium one so you gain more strength and feel the stretch more

I need better feet because they look too bent and I get penalized in gymnastics 😅 hope this helps
