I can't walk normally or get up and out of bed easily...turn right or left in bed is so painful... exercise kahan se hogi..

Pelvic tilts hurt and I can’t do pelvic thrust when I tried. Is that normal? Should I continue to do them or stop?

I'm 31weeks and I know how you feel and it only got so bad this trimester to the point where I can't walk to the bathroom without getting tortured, getting in and out of bed honestly ..the thoughts of it make me wanna cry. How in god's name do I go through this for the next 9 weeks ? Us mamas are tough

Isn't it bad to do exercises on your back because of the weight of your uterus and circulation? Not all workouts are good throughout all the trimesters of pregnancy.

No. Your fine for a short period of time, your just not suppose to lie on your back for long periods. Go off how you feel too x

LovelyMayhem for the first one try not to pull up as high and for the second one try to push down more with the forearm instead of the hand. Hope these modifications help!
