Thank you for providing demonstrations. I am very surprised that engaging the core was not mentioned. I had such a hard time with these exercises in PT until they realized that I wasn't using my core. Once I learned that, I was able to really build good balance and was less wobbly. I still go through these exercises and it is nice to have the reminder video.
Thank you for sharing! I'm hoping that these will help me learn better proprioception and maybe help me keep from running in to things and knocking over my water or other things related to suspected sensory processing disorder related to possible autism.
If you play basketball please do these. Kyrie Irving has very good propreception in his ankles and as known is ungaurdable mostly of cause of said reason
