I never realized how tight my inner thighs were. In doing the stretch realized that is the "groin muscle" I am always afraid of pulling, since that pain lasts awhile. Is that the same muscle?
The inner thighs attach in the groin area! You should never feel pain when stretching, so if you are, make sure to back off. You can still get a good stretch without FEELING a big stretch.
I have just started using the indoor spin bike as part of my physio, and my knee's knock each other at times - it's so annoying. Could this also be internal hip rotation?
If your knees always knock inward, it could be hipninternal rotation. But if it only happens occasionally or in specific situations, it’s more likely weakness &/or tightness. And of course there’s always the possibility that it’s internal rotation + weakness and tightness!
Great question - I believe you'll find this exercise class that I have available helpful! You can find it via this link here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-7OSqgbS4gUE.htmlsi=ETjJVqm30I7R0JBK
