Why do you never answer support queries? I have this device and the audio is very poor and low when connected to my Garmin Zumo XT. I have requested support via your website and social media and yet my questions go unanswered. VERY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE.
Hade this set to, but gave it back due to poor functionality en sound communication. No have a Sena set witch is much better sound an louder. Exo-com looked great on the Exo carbon helmet but the sound was poor
