thanks for the clear review, other unboxings i looked up did not show there were 2 sensors (i have the standard 100w on/off model atm). A shame this thing only has the light sensor (which can be great for certain setups). im considering it for my python regius since the 100w model is not pulse proportional

Do you think this work with a radiant heat panel ?

Mine never reaches the temperature I set it at. If I set it for 87f it will only go to 86f. If I set it for 90f it will only reach 89f. Have you noticed anything similar?

How does one set it to work as a dimmer vs pulse proportional?

It’s automatic and it detects what sort of heating it’s been plugged into

Have you ever experienced the unit’s blue light flashing and not sending power to the heating source?

Never. Mine only flashes if I unplug the heating it’s warning me. But normally there’s never flashing in normal use.

Pls help, i have a small camponotus colony and the have not hibernated yet even though its really cold were i live in North America.

I dont know at this point I would skip this year and heat them as they should be deep in hibernation now and it’s to late and could be harmful. So try next year I would start feeding and add a warm spot now
