They are famous but they are really underrated considering their talent. I’m a kpop stan since 2013 around where I discovered exo. That time there was not many kpop fans in my country and most fans that time knew lot about kpop not just one group in particular. They were deep in knowledgeable of kpop. Nowadays kpop is so popular but kpop stans know only two or three famous group which are really popular in western countries. To find Exo one need to dive deep into kpop not just superficial. Once you find them there is no going back. I would like to mention other few gems of kpop that are so underrated along with Exo. Some of them are Seventeen, got7, monstax, mamamoo, shinee etc

I feel you on your concern about Exo being underrated in the western industry especially collaborations because SM their company for some weird reason won't let EXO Collab or promote for the group OUTSIDE OF ASIAN COUNTRIES heck even their tours are always Asian countries only🥺.its this year that were starting to see members traveling solos to different countries performing their solo stuff. Still hoping one day they will go as a group in other countries to promote even without collaborations at least tour outside of Asia would be enough for us international Eris✨💯🥺
